She has led across categories including retail, CPG, luxury, and DTC, earning a reputation for aligning creative vision with operational rigor to drive meaningful, measurable growth.
As President of Boathouse, Jenny positioned the Made-in-USA performance apparel brand for its next era, leading a commercial turnaround, digital reinvention, and cultural transformation. Prior to that, she helped scale a kitchen appliance startup, securing the #1 market share in multiple categories and guiding the company through a successful acquisition as part of the executive team.
Her leadership spans sales, marketing, planning, operations, and customer experience, with deep experience across Amazon, wholesale, specialty retail, and e-commerce. Jenny has held key roles at iconic brands including Macy’s, Lancôme, Orrefors Kosta Boda, and Martha Stewart Living, and has worked within public, private, and PE-backed environments.
Known for her ability to build trust, clarify direction, and unlock performance, Jenny is a player-coach who thrives in moments of change, whether executing a turnaround, scaling for growth, or preparing a business for strategic sale. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and serves on nonprofit and industry boards supporting leadership, literacy, and local communities.
